Instructions
- Prepare the chai spice mix: In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice. Mix well and store in an airtight container for future use.
- Combine ingredients: Pour the hot coffee or espresso into a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut cream, 1 to 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, a pinch of thechai spice mix, and sweetener of your choice if desired.
- Blend the coffee mixture: Blend the hot ingredients carefully, using a low setting initially to avoid splattering. Blend until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
- Serve: Pour the frothy coconut chai coffee into a mug and enjoy immediately while hot.
