- 1/4 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk all the dressing ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Adjust Consistency: Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed. If the dressing is too thick, add water one teaspoon at a time, whisking until you reach the desired consistency.
- Serve or Store: Serve the dressing immediately with your favorite dishes such as salads or sandwiches, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
