Ingredients
- For the Dressing:
- ½ cup hemp hearts
- ½ cup loosely packed spinach
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt (or to taste)
- 4–6 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a small blender cup. Start with 4 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth.
- Adjust Seasoning and Consistency: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with more salt or maple syrup as needed. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more water (1 tablespoon at a time) until you reach your desired texture.
- Serve and Enjoy: Use the dressing on your favorite salad, as a veggie dip, or even stir it into pasta!
