A refreshing and fruity iced latte combining the rich boldness of espresso with the sweet brightness of raspberry syrup and creamy vanilla-infused milk, perfect for a cool summer pick-me-up.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving (16 oz)

Ingredients

Espresso Base

  • 2 shots brewed espresso (2 to 3 oz), hot or cold

Other Ingredients

  • Ice (enough to fill a 16 oz glass)
  • 8 oz milk (any variety: dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 oz raspberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare Espresso: Brew 2 shots of espresso, either hot or cold, yielding about 2 to 3 ounces. Using freshly brewed espresso will provide the best flavor and caffeine kick.
  2. Fill Glass with Ice and Mix Espresso with Syrup: Fill a 16 oz glass with ice cubes. Pour the brewed espresso over the ice, then add 2 ounces of raspberry syrup. Stir well to combine the espresso and syrup evenly throughout the ice.
  3. Add Milk and Stir: Pour 8 ounces of your preferred milk variety into the glass. Stir thoroughly until the milk, espresso, and raspberry syrup are fully blended, creating a smooth and creamy iced latte.

Notes

  • For extra vanilla flavor, use vanilla-flavored milk or add a splash of vanilla extract to the milk before adding it.
  • Adjust the amount of raspberry syrup to taste if you prefer more or less sweetness.
  • To make this drink dairy-free, opt for almond, oat, or soy milk.
  • If you don’t have an espresso machine, strong brewed coffee can be used as a substitute.
