- 2½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ to 1 tsp dried red chili flakes
- ¼ cup finely diced roasted sweet pepper (from a jar)
- 1 to 2 tsp chopped red chili pepper
- 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Place all ingredients into a mini food processor or stand mixer. Blend or mix until well combined and creamy.
- Adjust Heat: Start with the smaller quantities of chili flakes and chopped chili pepper. Taste and adjust to your preferred spice level.
- Serve or Store: Serve immediately with warm pita or crusty bread. Alternatively, store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a smoother dip, you can add more olive oil as you blend.
- Adjust the heat by adding more chili flakes or fresh chili pepper to suit your taste.
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
