A creamy and spicy Greek feta dip, made with feta cheese, roasted sweet peppers, and a kick of chili heat. Perfect for serving with warm pita or crusty bread.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 350g (¾ lb) Greek feta cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 2½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ to 1 tsp dried red chili flakes
  • ¼ cup finely diced roasted sweet pepper (from a jar)
  • 1 to 2 tsp chopped red chili pepper
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Place all ingredients into a mini food processor or stand mixer. Blend or mix until well combined and creamy.

  • Adjust the heat by adding more chili flakes or fresh chili pepper to suit your taste.
  • This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
