Ingredients
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3–1/2 cup mini M&M’s candy
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and M&M’s. Stir until well blended.
- Roll mixture into bite-size balls (about 1–1 1/2 inches). Place on a lined baking sheet with a silicone mat or wax paper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Swap some M&Ms for mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruit for variety.
- If mixture is too dry, add more peanut butter or honey. If too wet, add extra oats.
