Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Measure all the ingredients into a jar or bowl. Stir thoroughly until all the oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, milk, and Greek yogurt are well combined.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the jar or bowl and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight (at least 5 hours) to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and flavors to meld.
- Serve and Enjoy: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. You can eat it cold immediately or add fresh fruit or nuts if desired. Enjoy a creamy and energizing breakfast.
