Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 1 medium egg
- 50 g stevia or granulated sweetener
- 80 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 50 g plain or all-purpose flour
- 33 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
Add-ins
- 15 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 175°C (350°F) to get it ready for baking the brownies.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and stevia until the mixture is light and fluffy. Next, add the Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: Gradually fold in the plain flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until you achieve a smooth and lump-free batter.
- Add chocolate chips: Fold the 15 g of chocolate chips into the batter evenly, making sure they are distributed throughout.
- Bake the brownies: Pour the batter into a prepared 8×8 inch baking tray. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and serve: Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into 9 pieces. Enjoy your delicious, low calorie brownies!
