Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter of choice)
- 1/2 cup keto maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (optional, helps with texture)
- 3 cups nuts and seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or over the stovetop, combine unsweetened chocolate, almond butter, keto maple syrup, and optional coconut oil. Heat until melted and smooth.
- Add in the nuts and seeds (if using), and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
- Once set, slice into bars and enjoy.
Notes
- Coconut oil helps make the chocolate bars easier to bite into.
- To store: Keep at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 4 weeks.
- To refrigerate: Store in the fridge for longer freshness.
- To freeze: Place bars in a ziplock bag and freeze for up to 6 months.
