  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 15 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 loaf French bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, softened butter, mayonnaise, minced garlic, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
  5. Place the bread on a foil-lined or greased baking sheet for easy cleanup.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned on top.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make sure spinach is fully thawed and squeezed dry to avoid excess moisture in the mixture.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of garlic powder.
  • This recipe can be made ahead—assemble and refrigerate, then bake when ready to serve.
  • Great as an appetizer, side dish, or game-day snack.
