- 1 3/4 cups Half & Half (or equal parts milk and heavy cream)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (adjust to desired sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the Half & Half, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract to a quart-sized mason jar or mixing bowl.
- Seal the jar and shake vigorously, or whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or until the earliest expiration date on your dairy ingredients.
Notes
- Store in the back of the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or until the ‘sell by’ date of the Half & Half or milk used.
- For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free milk (oat, almond, coconut) and a dairy-free sweetened condensed milk or 1 Tbsp of sweetener like honey or maple syrup.
- Customize flavor by swapping vanilla extract with peppermint, hazelnut, almond, or other flavored extracts.
- To reduce calories, use lower-fat milk instead of Half & Half.
