Ingredients
- 4 oranges, juiced
- 1/2 small, very ripe cantaloupe, seeded, cut, and cubed
- 1-inch nob of peeled ginger root, sliced
- 1 small nob of fresh turmeric root, peeled or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric powder
- 6 ice cubes (optional, if drinking immediately)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Optional: Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if you prefer a smoother texture. Otherwise, keep it unstrained to retain all the fiber.
- If not using ice, chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Consume within 24 hours. Best enjoyed fresh within a few hours of preparation.

- No juicer needed—this is a blender-based juice that retains the fiber.
- Use fresh turmeric root for maximum anti-inflammatory benefits, but ground turmeric works in a pinch.
