These Funfetti Rice Krispie Treats are a fun and colorful twist on the classic no-bake dessert. Made with buttery marshmallows, Funfetti cake mix, and rainbow sprinkles, they’re perfect for parties, birthdays, or any sweet celebration.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups Funfetti cake mix
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies® cereal
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and mini marshmallows over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Funfetti cake mix until just combined.
  4. Add half of the Rice Krispies and 1 tablespoon of rainbow sprinkles. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the remaining Rice Krispies and stir until everything is fully incorporated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press evenly into the pan.
  7. Top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of sprinkles and gently press them into the surface.
  8. Allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature before slicing and serving.
