- 2 cups milk (2% milk recommended)

Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds until the batter is smooth. Alternatively, you can whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Chill the batter in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight to improve texture and flavor.
- Heat Pan: Preheat an 8-inch frying pan or nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. The moderate heat ensures the crepes cook gently without burning.
- Cook Crepes: Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan. Immediately tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even circle. Cook for about 1 minute or until the edges lift easily and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the crepe carefully and cook the other side for about 1 minute until lightly browned.
- Stack and Keep Warm: Remove the cooked crepe from the pan and stack on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, making sure to adjust heat as needed to prevent burning. You can keep the finished crepes warm in a low oven if desired.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, jams, pudding, Nutella, whipped cream, or nuts for a delicious treat.
