Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add the chopped avocados, diced bell pepper, diced onion, and cilantro if using. Mix gently to avoid mashing the avocado.
- Add Seasoning and Lime Juice: Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture, then add salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything gently to combine and evenly coat the salad.
- Optional Add-Ins: If desired, fold in 1/2 cup of black beans or diced cucumber for extra texture and flavor.
- Serve Chilled: Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate it in a covered container. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days.
