Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5 tablespoons salted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and dark brown sugar using a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and the sugar granules are no longer gritty.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with extra chips or toffee bits if desired. Serve with cookies, fruit, or crackers.
Notes
- Let the cream cheese and butter come to room temperature for the smoothest texture.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Let sit at room temp before serving.
- Swap Heath bits for chopped nuts or M&Ms for a fun twist.
- Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for variety.
