Chili Lime Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 6 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 4 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 4 tsp honey
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the olive oil, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, ground cumin, and chili powder into an airtight container.
- Shake to Emulsify: Seal the container tightly and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the dressing is fully emulsified and well blended.
- Season and Serve: Taste the vinaigrette and add salt and pepper according to your preference. Shake again briefly to mix and pour over your salad immediately for the best flavor.
Notes
- Use fresh lime juice for the brightest flavor.
- Adjust the chili powder amount to increase or decrease the heat level.
- Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
