- 1½ cups carrot juice (store-bought or freshly juiced)
- 1½ cups orange juice
- 3 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine 1½ cups carrot juice, 1½ cups orange juice, and 3 cups lemon-lime soda.
- Add in the sliced orange, lime, lemon, and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
- Stir gently to combine and chill in the refrigerator if not serving immediately.
- Serve in glasses over ice. Garnish with additional mint or citrus slices if desired.
Notes
- For a lower sugar version, use diet lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
- Freshly juiced carrots and oranges will give the most vibrant flavor.
