Ingredients
For the Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons dill pickles finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Hamburger Meat
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Wrap
- 6 large tortillas
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- ⅓ cup finely diced onions
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, finely diced onion, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, paprika, and salt and pepper. Whisk everything together until smooth and well blended.
- Cook the Hamburger Meat: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray it lightly with cooking oil. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. Once cooked through, drain excess grease. Stir in kosher salt, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Warm the Tortillas: Lightly spray the skillet again and place tortillas one at a time on the pan to brown slightly and become pliable. This helps prevent cracking when wrapping.
- Assemble the Wraps: On each warmed tortilla, evenly distribute shredded iceberg lettuce, diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced dill pickles, and a portion of the cooked hamburger meat. Drizzle with the prepared Big Mac sauce. Tightly roll each tortilla into a wrap.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve the wraps immediately while warm, or wrap them tightly to enjoy later for a quick, flavorful meal.
Notes
- Using sugar-free ketchup helps reduce added sugars in the sauce while maintaining the classic flavor.
- Lightly browning the tortillas warms them and adds a slight crispness but is optional if you prefer softer wraps.
- Drain the cooked ground beef well to avoid soggy wraps.
- Adjust salt and pepper in the sauce and meat to your taste preference.
- These wraps can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in foil for up to 2 days; reheat gently before serving.
