- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Season the Salmon Bites: In a large bowl, combine the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss well until the salmon pieces are evenly coated with the seasoning mix.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Turn on the air fryer and preheat it to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
- Cook the Salmon Bites: Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd for even cooking. If needed, cook in batches. Air fry the salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote uniform crisping and ensure the salmon cooks through properly.
- Serve: Once cooked, transfer the crispy salmon bites to a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the prepared Bang Bang sauce, reserving some sauce on the side for dipping. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
