Ingredients
- 1 pound raw, peeled, and deveined medium to large shrimp
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh minced parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place shrimp in a baking dish. Pour garlic butter over shrimp and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 8–15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Cooking time may vary depending on shrimp size.
- Garnish with minced parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve over pasta, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
- Don’t overcook shrimp—they turn rubbery when overdone.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
