Ingredients

- Prepare the Marinade: In a blender, combine the cilantro, garlic cloves, sea salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, Greek seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well-mixed.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken tenders in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken tenders, making sure they are fully coated. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat and Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the marinated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer isn’t large enough to fit all the tenders at once. Air fry for 18-22 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy exterior. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the size of the tenders and the air fryer model.
- Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes or dipping sauces.
