Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Cut the russet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan, and parsley. Toss to mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the potatoes to the basket and cook for 15 minutes. Shake the basket or toss the potatoes with tongs to ensure even cooking.
- Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the potatoes reach your desired level of crispiness.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the potatoes with a little more cooking spray halfway through the cooking process.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake these potatoes in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and parmesan to suit your taste!
