These Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are golden, crispy, and packed with flavor. The perfect side dish for breakfast, dinner, or any meal that needs a delicious, crunchy touch!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the russet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan, and parsley. Toss to mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Add the potatoes to the basket and cook for 15 minutes. Shake the basket or toss the potatoes with tongs to ensure even cooking.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the potatoes reach your desired level of crispiness.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can spray the potatoes with a little more cooking spray halfway through the cooking process.
  • If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake these potatoes in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
