Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and wingettes)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced) or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the Wings: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a glass bowl, toss the wings with cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic (or garlic powder).
