Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and wingettes)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoons lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic (minced) or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Prep the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Season the Wings: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a glass bowl, toss the wings with cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic (or garlic powder).
